GARDEN CLUB MEETINGS
The club meets on the second Thursday of the month.  Times and locations vary. Topics include discussions on shade gardening, tree health, herbs, yoga for gardeners, landscaping, caring for orchids, etc. Field trips pertaining to gardening are also planned. For questions or to receive meeting notices, contact Barbara Clay
clayconcil@sbcglobal.net or Debbie Knight geodebknight@swbell.net

YARD OF THE MONTH
The Yard of the Month is a way of recognizing neighbors that go above and beyond in the landscaping and gardening.  A yard is selected each month based on:

Landscape renovation - major or minor

  General appearance

Newly planted trees  as it is important
to keep the forest in Forest Hills.

  Seasonal color

Please send nominations for consideration of Yard of the Month to andiecomini@aol.com.
