Welcome to the Forest Hills Neighborhood Association

Forest Hills neighborhood is located at the southern end of White Rock Lake and across from the Dallas Arboretum. The Forest Hills Neighborhood Association (FHNA) is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to enhance the community spirit through social events, beautification of the neighborhood, and communication to its residents.

 

Waste water main work Garland Road to St. Francis southwest

As part of the infrastructure improvement plan being implemented throughout the city of Dallas, a new wastewater (sewage) pipeline is replacing the current outdated line. This project will effect 8100 block of San Raphael through 8100-8300 blocks of San Fernando Way and 8100 block of St. Francis at different intervals throughout the next year and half.  FHNA will do their best to update you periodically through the newsletter.
