Friends of Warren Ferris Cemetery
Did you know that the historic Warren Ferris cemetery at the corner of San Leandro & St. Francis once belonged to the first person to survey Dallas in the mid 1800’s and was the final resting place of his family and other pioneers? Ferris is considered a founder of Dallas. The Friends of Warren Ferris Cemetery creates educational opportunities for kids and adults in the neighborhood and the city.
