Waste water main work Garland Road to St. Francis southwest

As part of the infrastructure improvement plan being implemented throughout the city of Dallas, a new wastewater (sewage) pipeline is replacing the current outdated line. This project will effect 8100 block of San Raphael through 8100-8300 blocks of San Fernando Way and 8100 block of St. Francis at different intervals throughout the next year and half.
