Forest Hills Neighborhood Association Mission

Formally incorporated on January 11, 1991, the Forest Hills Association d/b/a the Forest Hills Neighborhood Association (the “Association”) is a voluntary association of dues paying residents of the Forest Hills housing subdivision adjacent to White Rock Lake in the City of Dallas, Texas.

The purpose of the Association is to promote the social welfare of the Forest Hills community; to provide communication within the community; to provide a forum for residents to express their views on matters of concern to the neighborhood; to promote awareness of public safety and reduce crime; to define and address problems as they relate to the Forest Hills community and the community of Dallas; and to provide a vehicle for action favorable to the interests of Forest Hills residents and the citizens of Dallas.

The boundaries of Forest Hills are Garland Road on the West, Lakeland Avenue on the North, the Kansas City Southern Railway Company right-of-way on the East, and Highland Road/San Rafael Avenue on the South.
