Planning and Zoning Information for Forest Hills
As a voluntary association of Forest Hills residents, there are no mandatory dues or restrictions imposed by the Association on what residents can and cannot do with regard to their property. All zoning restrictions are filed of record with the City of Dallas. These include provisions regarding minimum construction setbacks.
